Farm To Table

We outsource our seafood from a sustainable broker and feature steaks and meats from local producers. We cook our own eye round of beef and sandwiches, slow roast fresh turkey and pickle our own corned beef. We also make soups from scratch to eliminate unnecessary salt and sugars.

Our salads are made from scratch and include potato, white albacore tuna, chicken, macaroni and slaw. We make hummus and guacamole and tabouli as well. We also make our dressings - avocado, balsamic, Caesar, buttermilk ranch, Italian, honey mustard, sesame ginger, apple coriander, strawberry vinaigrette, extra thick blue cheese, spicy ranch and more.

Seasonal produce comes from our local Franklin County Auction and local company as well. Produce is hand cut daily, avoiding artificially gassed products. Our bread is baked daily by Alex Eliaddes, from Bread Craft Bakery. Desserts are handmade by local artisans.
